As a Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of our projects and drive them from planning through to successful delivery. You’ll work on international projects where the result isn’t just a report — but a real installation of our radar systems in the field.
Your role combines project delivery, communication with customers, and involvement in tender preparation. It’s a dynamic position where priorities can shift, and your ability to keep things moving makes the difference.
What you’ll do
- Drive projects from planning through to successful delivery and installation
- Own timelines, milestones, and overall project progress
- Coordinate internal teams and ensure everything runs smoothly
- Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout the project
- Handle challenges along the way and keep things moving forward
- Ensure project documentation is clear, accurate, and delivered on time
- Get involved in tender preparation (project inputs, timelines, coordination)
- Travel to support installations and on-site activities when needed (including international projects)

- Experience in project management, ideally in a technical environment
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment where priorities can shift
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Fluent Czech and English
- Proactive mindset and ownership
- Curiosity about how things work
