As a Frontend Developer, you’ll build and improve the user interface of our main meteorological software, delivered to customers around the world. Your focus will be on 3D data visualization, radar configuration and monitoring tools, and features for tracking and issuing weather warnings.
What you’ll do
- Develop and improve the frontend of our main meteorological application for customers worldwide
- Work on interactive 3D visualization of radar data
- Build tools for radar configuration and traffic monitoring
- Contribute to features for tracking and issuing weather warnings
- Collaborate with the backend, AI, meteorology and other teams on new features
- Help shape the architecture and long-term development of the frontend
What we’re looking for
You don’t need to know every technology we use from day one. We’re primarily looking for capable people who can pick up what’s needed along the way. Experience with the following is a big plus:
- Modern frontend technologies: Svelte, Tailwind, Ark UI
- Developer tooling: Node.js, Vite, Nx, Storybook
- 3D visualization: Maplibre, Three.js, WebGL
- Basic knowledge of sysadmin tools: Docker, PostgreSQL
Fullstack experience is a nice bonus too:
- Python, FastAPI
- Data layer: SQLAlchemy, Alembic, PostgreSQL, TimescaleDB
- Modern developer tools: Uv, Ruff
On top of that, we’re looking for someone who can work independently, take ownership of tasks, and has working proficiency in English.
