As a Bid Manager, you’ll be responsible for preparing our international tenders. You’ll work through technical specifications, check how we meet customer requirements, and put together well-structured, accurate offers. As you get to know our products and processes, you’ll handle tenders more independently and gradually take over the full bid process, working closely with our technical and sales teams. If you’re interested, there’s also room to move toward customer contact and broader sales activities over time.
It’s a good fit if you’re organized, precise and want to grow on the business side of a technical company. You don’t need to be a technical expert yourself.
What you’ll do
- Prepare tender documentation and offers for international customers, with care for every detail
- Review technical specifications and qualification requirements and assess them against our capabilities
- Make sure every bid is complete, accurate and submitted on time
- Coordinate with internal teams (technical, project management, sales) to gather the inputs needed for each tender
- Use AI tools to speed up research, drafting and document preparation
- Build and improve our bid processes, templates and reusable content
- Over time, take full ownership of the bid process, from go/no-go assessment to final submission
- If you’re interested, get involved in customer communication and sales activities
What we’re looking for
- Experience with tenders, bid/proposal management or B2B sales is a strong advantage, and the more you bring, the faster you’ll grow in the role
- Willingness to start hands-on: everyone begins by getting to know our products, customers and tender process in detail, however senior they are
- Strong command of MS Office / Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets, Word/Docs especially)
- Good working knowledge of English (tenders are mostly in English; other languages are a plus)
- Precise, organized and reliable with deadlines
- Comfortable working with technical documents
- Independent and responsible for your results
- An eye for improving how things are done, not just following the existing process
- Experience with AI tools in daily work
- Interest in sales and customer communication is a plus
- Advantage: background in a product/manufacturing/development company (some technical understanding of hardware/software products)
