As a Tender & Sales Support Specialist, you’ll be at the intersection of tender preparation and sales. You’ll work closely on international tenders — understanding technical specifications, checking whether we qualify against customer requirements, and preparing solid, well-structured offers. Over time, you’ll grow into more direct contact with customers and broader sales activities.
It’s a great entry point if you’re detail-oriented, comfortable working in Excel/Word (or Sheets/Docs), and want to build a career on the business side of a technical company — without needing to be a technical expert yourself.
What you’ll do
- Fill in and prepare tender documentation and offer templates
- Review technical specifications in tenders and check qualification requirements against our capabilities
- Prepare clear, accurate, and well-organized bids and offers
- Support the sales team with administrative and preparatory tasks
- Gradually build communication with customers and take part in sales activities
- Use AI tools to speed up research, drafting, and document preparation
- Coordinate with internal teams (technical, project management, sales) to gather the inputs needed for tenders
What we’re looking for
- Strong command of MS Office / Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets, Word/Docs especially)
- Fluent English (tenders are mostly in English; other languages are a plus)
- Experience or interest in using AI tools in daily work
- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable with admin-heavy work
- Interest in sales and customer communication, even if you’re just starting out
- Proactive mindset and willingness to learn
- Advantage: background or experience with a product/manufacturing/development company (some technical understanding of hardware/software products)
- No prior tender or bid management experience required — we’re looking for junior talent to grow into the role
