As an Office Assistant, you’ll take care of the smooth day-to-day running of our office — from daily administration and team support to occasionally organizing company events. You’ll also get involved in things like managing orders and deliveries, and supporting the wider team.
It’s a great fit if you’re organized, reliable, and enjoy keeping things running smoothly.
What you’ll do
- Keep the office running smoothly (supplies, equipment, general upkeep)
- Manage our ordering system — handling orders, receiving packages and deliveries
- Support the team and CEO (calendar coordination, scheduling meetings, preparing materials, admin support including help for technicians abroad)
- Handle administration (document management, HR agenda, communication with suppliers)
- Occasionally organize company events, teambuildings, and visits — coordinating logistics and taking care of guests
What we’re looking for
- Organized, reliable, and comfortable with admin-heavy work
- Strong command of MS Office / Google Workspace
- Conversational English
- Experience organizing events is a plus, but not a requirement
- Interest in technology is a bonus, not a must
- Positive attitude and a sense of humor
